Yesterday, I cooked a really huge pot of brown rice, enough to last me for 6 meals. This will make it really easy for me when I have to leave the house very early. I’ll just scoop out a portion, steam it, and by the time I’m done showering, the rice will be ready.
So here’s yesterday’s packed lunch:
Nothing fancy. Just brown rice, a whole tomato (sliced), a hard-boiled egg, and chicken.
I haven’t had the time to experiment with steamed dish recipes. But I will begin experimenting with that sometime next week.
