I recently read on several websites that chewing on cinnamon sticks helps with concentration. I happened to be in the supermarket today, so I thought I’d give it a try. No harm chewing it anyway. At the very least, I’d have cinnamon-scented breath! Oh… Apparently it helps you to lose weight too! Something about regulating metabolism and aiding in removing bad cholesterol.
Well… With six more essays due in this last four weeks of the semester, I gotta use whatever help I can get!
